Donating books
Do you have a collection of books just sitting around collecting dust? Donate them to the Library!
The library is always accepting books or other materials in a new or gently used condition. We accept fiction and nonfiction as well as audio visual materials. Donation guidelines are as follows:
- Books must be in new or gently used condition
- Books must not be older than 10 years
- No Textbooks or Encyclopedia's
- No Reader's Digest Condensed
Books that are donated are added to the collection if they fit our criteria. You are eligible for a tax receipt if we add them to our collection. If they are not added to the collection they are put in our book sale and are used to purchase books and other items for the library.
These donations go a long way in helping the library to continue to help provide services to the City of Camrose and surrounding areas. Thank you for your support!
