Camrose Public Library's mission is to provide an excellent library service by collecting, maintaining and making available quality print and non-print materials, and by providing services that meet the expressed and perceived information needs of the community.
The Library initiates programs to encourage people of all ages to use Library materials and services, and to encourage literacy.
Online Book Clubs
Join our Online Book Clubs. Every day, Monday through Friday, you will receive in your email a 5-minute selection from a chapter of a book. By the end of the week, you will have read 2 - 3 chapters. Every Monday we will start new books. Sign up and start reading. Just click on the logo to the left and register. This is a great way to preview books and decide if you wish to read the entire book. Try new authors and expanding your reading genres!

Winter Olympics Reading Program - Feb. 1 - 28th
In celebration of reading and the Winter Olympics, children ages 3 - 12 can participate in our event. Starting on Feb. 1, parents can register their child or children for the program at the main check out desk. The registration fee is only $1.00 and the first 100 children registered can chose either a world globe key chain or a world globe eraser. Participants will receive a bingo card with a varitey of tasks and activities. After completing 1 row, a medal will be awarded and the bingo card will be entered for a grand prize. Hurry down to register soon. Please note all children must have a current library membership in their own name to participate. MEMBERSHIP CARDS FOR CHILDREN 0 - 17 YEARS OF AGE ARE FREE if they live in the City or County of Camrose. Call 780-672-4214 for details.
